Not really sure what’s the formula behind healing here.

Heartseeker (3 ini) heals me for 278
DLB (5 ini) heals me for 463.
Dancing Dagger (4 ini) heals me for 369.
C&D (6 ini) also heals me for 463.

So looks like slightly more healing for more expensive skills, but why is that C&D heals for the same exact amount as DLB which costs less?

C&D is bugged.In another thread, while xplaining how the shadow arts line gives impressive healing through shadow protector and shadow rejuv, i mentioned this fact.
With 0 points in compassion, assassins reward should give you 70 HP for each point of initiative spent. In your example, u must have around 400/500 compassion.

A known bug also pointed out in the wiki-page:)
