I have a question. The trait Blinding Powder in the Shadow Arts line. How does it work?

Is it an automatic proc when I do something else? If so, what? Combat? Dodging?

Or am I supposed to activate it like a skill? No new buttons have appeared on my UI. Do I need to turn something on?

I’m sure the answer will be very obvious… once I know the answer.

It’s entirely automatic. As soon as you hit 25% HP or lower in any way, shape or form, it triggers instantly.

Last Refuge uses Blinding Powder. :/

It will trigger as soon as you reach 25% or under. If you get from 100% to 10% life in one hit, it’ll trigger as well. And reveal you. Then you’ll die. That’s how it works.

EDIT: Sorry OP, bottom line, Last Refuge (aka the Blind Powder trait) is mostly a detrimental trait, causing a lot more grief to said thief than helping. But as others have already answered, below 25% life and boom, Blinding Powder ignites. Either helping or hurting you… depending on your actions.
