Theres a lot of traits that give small recharges and roll for initiative utility allows an occasional burst of others, you’re best bet would be to check the listings at: http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Initiative

Do bear in mind though that going for more than one or two initiative regen traits will have an impact in other areas (namely utility freedom and damage per hit etc)
