steal have 35 second recharge, with 30 point trickery -30% recharge rate. so we have 35 – 35 * 0.3 = 24.5 sec, with sleight of hand additional -20%, 24.5 – 24.5 * 0.2 = 19,6 sec, or another calculate 35 – 35*0.5=17.5 sec, but in game recharge 21.5. why ? how ?

Lets be friends, and math some stuff later.

My math teacher in highschool always said;

“Adding percentage gives unreliable results”

So -20% + -30% is not always – 50% and seeing the “0.5” makes me cringed.
