It’s been used on me a lot by enemy thieves, they either use Infiltrators Strike or Steal when I’m on ground that’s about 5m above them where they can teleport and land right beside me?

I try this ALL the time when I’m chasing someone down but I’ll only be teleported with my face against the wall while they keep running and I can’t catch them. So, is it just lucky spots or are they actually doing something to get there? I remember being able to bypass some obstacles with No.6 skill on shortbow if you shot and jumped at the same time.

It’s no 5. no 6 is the heal skill.
And firstly, there are just some you can, after some time of practicing you get the kick of which you can and which not. Also, you gotta aim to the surface, not the wall (the center of the circle, aka where your mouse is) It’s annoying though, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t because it likes being picky about terrian.

It’s only available by standing in exact spots sometimes and other times it’s impossible .
