Great for Power Builds and Condi Builds.
On demand Evade and Shadowstep.
Spamable Blast Finisher.
Immobilise and Cripple.
Good Spike AOE Power Damage.
Spammable AOE poison. Unblockable AOE venom applicator.
All of the reasons Shortbow is almost always picked up in a thief build.

Oh my gawd, shortbow just ate another nerf that it honestly did not need … please don’t give Anet a reason to excessively nerf it some more. ._.
