Let’s crank up culling so high on everyone that NOBODY will be able to see even the enemy’s names! Everyone will be permastealthed so nobody can really kitten about stealth being OP.

side topic: i think that play names should show up in wvw just like spvp. build a reputation then laugh WMAHAHAHAH

lol! I think they hid the names because they saw that happening. I would probably get called out for dying alot in zergball. The lag from zergs gets so bad on my budget laptop that the game either crashes or remains at 1 frame per 20 seconds until I die.

Because of it I just stick with siege. At least I am a surgeon with them. :P

I had a similar thought to this too… names, be it generic in WvW only lend to lack of “a real world exper5ience”. Your armor already sticks out like a sore thumb…. why brand that thumb with a flashy neon light???

Possible Solution:
Make the generic WvW names semi-transparent….easily readable… If you catch it in the 1st place….. This is a best of both worlds… still get the names, but harder to pick out of the environment.
