I can't decide on weapon sigils
From what I understand, people add sigils that increase the duration of Daze for a S/D weapon set in order to create a lock down. Beyond that, you might want another crit proc sigil for this weapon set. Something like the Sigil of Generousity could be a good fit since you should have a decent crit rate and condition removal that debuffs your opponent.
In PvE and WvW, any sigil (even the green ones) that increases Daze duration should give you one full second more of Daze through some rounding GW2 does. Try that it’s worth it :p
I usually go with Sigil of Force on main hand and Sigil of Accuracy in off hand. I do run 6x Rune of the Mesmer for my Sword/Dagger but that’s a heavy investment so you could just go with Sigil of Paralyzation on offhand dagger and Sigil of Force on main hand. Sigil of Paralyzation and 6x Runes do not stack high enough to increase the daze duration over 3 seconds.
Not sure but ‘on crit’ sigils on off hand weapons don’t seem to proc unless you use the off hand attack. At least that’s how it seems to me.

You should have a sigil of paralyzation on your sword. Currently it increases the stun duration to a full 3 seconds. (If you watch you can see that your reveal ends at the same time the daze does.)
I usually go with Sigil of Force on main hand and Sigil of Accuracy in off hand.
I used to do this in all my power-based characters, but then I realized that if you have decent critical chance (and as a Thief, why wouldn’t you), then Sigil of Air/Fire is almost always better. Sigil of Force only gets better when you have really high scaling moves, like, for example, Eviscerate or Kill Shot on a warrior.
Superior Sigil of Awesomeness.
Sigil of strengh, stack might. In a longer fight or pve is quite useful.
