- Effects that activate upon entering, and persist during, Stealth now work in the same manner when the target is revealed.
So all I have to do is spam CnD to keep Shadow Rejuv on me regardless of my current state? If so, then I can become a tank by taking Resilience of Shadows instead.
A sealed tight can of worms is surely a problem, but solving this problem by opening it is not the solution we need.
Full set of 5 unique skills for both dual-wield weapon sets: P/P and D/D – Make it happen
PvE – DD/CS/AC – If that didn’t work, roll a Reaper or Revenant.

You mean how thieves can do that anyways? If there is a can of worms, it is either very small or very empty.

Except for the “revealed still has access to stealth” part, not a bad idea. More traits like revealed training which reward aggressive styles of play would be nice. Keep in mind this would be a nerf to healing in stealth and removing conditions in stealth.
Who knows, maybe the new specialization benefits more from being revealed. The Revenant is going to benefit from keeping condis up, maybe shadow arts is going to be replaced with revealed arts.

If Thieves can do that anyways, then what problem did this actually fixed?

- Removes the shutdown part of the hardcounter.
- Increases overall survivability of the thief in more situations.
- Makes adding more Revealed skills less of a death sentence for thieves.
- Relaxes pretty much every balance obstacle pertaining to the thief (sept venoms (they still suck)) .
- Takes less effort than redesigning the whole profession.
- L2P turns into “Use moar reveals”.
- Main complaint, Invisibility, becomes a stupid topic. Use moar reveals skrub.
- Makes alot of general complaints about thieves stupid.
- Makes it harder for Swiper to keep swiping.
- Reasons…

I really doubt this solution will solve these “problems” especially when this; “Takes less effort than redesigning the whole profession” creates more problem. Revealed is just an “off switch” but what you want to do is to create a rule.
