Either it doesn’t work or I’m confusing it to do something it doesn’t.

It changes all skills of 1 type from on cool down to ready to use right, when you steal something.

Or is it bugged?

It’s random which type of skills it recharges, and it can recharge a skill type of which you have no skill equipped, meaning it will do absolutely nothing.

Why in the world would it not randomly pick from the SKILLS YOU HAVE EQUIPPED?

I know I shouldn’t be directing that question to any of you 2 since you’re not Anet devs or the people who made that skill.

Something as halving all recharges, no matter the type, or returning Initiative, would be more useful.

Lol really? I’ve never tried this with Signet of Malice+Trap+Deception+Trick+Basilisk Venom combined to cover every type :P

Its currently a useless trait.

Recharging signet of malice instantly must be awesome in any situation.
