I see it tossed around here and there in builds a lot, and I’m wondering how is it better than something else, say Dagger Damage? PvE, specifically

regarding the “bundle” thing, that’s a stolen skill right? Because I decided to try that and runes of the engineer in heart of the mists with steady weapons and found that my damage only went up from 132 per hit to 134. Correct me if I’m wrong but 15% bonus damage should do more than that.

If you manage to refresh cooldown on caltrolps, you can stack AoE 25 bleeding without doing anything.

No, stolen items are not calculated by the game as bundles (even though they are called bundles) in the same way as held items are, meaning you do not gain a damage increase for holding them.

Myself and a few others recently put some threads together here and in GW2GURU to test this trait. The end result is that holding an item (such as a summoned ice bow from an ele) gains a damage boost, siege weapons also gain damage boosts (pointless for a thief though) and you randomly refresh a skill… The trait is really pointless.
