Usually it does not recharge anything…

Can you change the ability to “FORCE” one skill to reset its recharge time.

as far as i remember during beta, the tooltip indicates 30% chance to recharge one type.

If you forced the skill to pick from a category you have equipped, it could easily be abused by equipping three utilities of the same category, then an uncategorized heal skill and elite.

The way that a cooldown refresh like this is balanced is by its unreliability. I honestly feel like if you can ever guarantee a refresh of a specific skill, it would be broken.

Granted, they could afford to buff it a little. Maybe up it to two categories refreshed, instead of just one? So there’s better odds of getting something, but still no guarantees on what.

Mixing insults with your post is like pooping in a salad.
It’s pretty obvious, and nobody’s impressed.

Not sure I agree with the OP here. You can equip one of each category and guarantee that one will recharge (as long as it’s on cooldown).

Heal: Signet of Malice
Utilities: Trap, Deception, Trick
Elite: Basilisk Venom

Yes, you’re shoehorned into bookending SoM and Basilisk Venom but it still has potential I believe. Allowing two categories to be recharged would be OP – if/when this skill procs and you have multiple utilities of the same type on cooldown it’s already pretty good (but I admit I’m no sPvP thief pro – and that’s probably where this would matter most, I assume).

It works pretty ok as long as you dont focus on 1 type of skills, lets say i use Hide in shadws/basilisks/shadow refuge/roll for initiative/SoS, it has 80% chance to rechange sth. each 45 seconds, which is rly well, However, its very useless as a lot of ppl start battles with steal, which, if you start battle in it lets say with BV used has only 20% chnce to recharge BV.

If i was to change it, i would make it like this :

Reduces cooldowns of all utilitys by 5 seconds.

THis would reduce cooldowns by 5 seconds each 45(31.5 if traited) seconds. This is not OP, however it might be bad in some cases etc, use 20% less traps cooldown(30 becomes 24) then 5 seconds off it and calltrops stay on ground 14 seconds and can be used 5 seconds later after they time out. Maybe not best idea but current trait is useless. Noone likes to depend on luck.
