I just tested against golems in the mist, and it doesn’t reset the timer on assassination signet. Anyone can confirm this?

It resets all skills of one tier (signet, trap, or whatever). So you have a 20% chance of it resetting AS

Doesn’t make sence, why should it reset a skill that is not on cooldown? What if i have only signets in my utility bar?

Don’t ask me, ask anet. I thought it was a cool trait ’till I learned that it only gives you a 20% chance of every tier

It should be “rechages one of your utility skills”. This way you could play around it by using one, stealing, then using it again. It’d add a nice factor. No thief utility is game breakingly strong either, it’s the perfect class to have that.
