Guild Wars 2

I haven’t played on my Thief for a while but there’s a change to this skill. The 25% passive boost to movement speed is gone. Why and what trait/skill replaced it?

Okay to summarize what’s going on above me. At least in the finished game, IS never gave a speed boost, only initiative regen and a shadowstep as well as a breakstun, Signet of Shadows however gives the 25% passive speed as well as a blind………… and an on demand fireblast for a range of 1500 whilst giving the activator 6 seconds of stealth and breaking stuns and replenishing health for 3,000 and proccing 25 stacks of might for 20 seconds.
