Invigorating Precision: some usages in PvE
Im actually interested if this trait effect multiplies based on number of targets you are critting like signet of malice does. As for example if you hit 2x targets for 20 k pw, will it suck 1000 or 2000 health. Didn’t have a chance to try it out yet since im only ghosting forums latelly

Err, yeah.
If you have say, 3 enemies, and your Pistol whip cleaves + crits all 3, you will get 3x the heal. So a 20k pistol whip, assuming all 8 hits crits on these 2 targets, that’d be 2k health regen. Considering you can literally spam pistol whip at least 3 times, that’s arguably better than a heal skill since you’re healing while DPSing. With signet of malice of course the heal is even more ridiculous.
Thus I say in general, any non-boss/crittable enemies scenarios the heal is more useful than the Executioner buff.

Percentage needs to be raised in WvW and sPvP, but it really doesn’t need a buff for any reason in PvE, as it’s beyond broken as it is.

I think it’d make more sense to make the heal a life leech, instead of simply a heal, and keep it at 5%.
The healing in the video’s is coming from Signet of Malice primarily.
It is for niche situations at best, 5% … Just do the quick math, when dishing out 20k HP opponent you’ll get like 800 HP worth of healing – remember that only your crits count – at best.
Look at it this way, if it was a life steal that would make it better, as it would then essentially buff your critical hits by 5% (on top of the heal). Except you’d loose something like Executioner for it.
