Does Fleet Shadow = Swiftness in combat and out of combat now? If so, when can we get 50% speed buff?

He’s asking if you get the 50% speed buff out of combat.

To OP: You don’t as there’s a hard cap at 33%. You’ll get swiftness but not 50%

it maxes at 33% out of combat but you can get 50% bonus in combat so not sure how much total that is.

basuically if combat is -50% and you gain +50% you are running even as if ur not in combat

Max movespeed is 133%. In combat you are going something like 55% movespeed. Add fleet shadow to go 105% movespeed. Outside of combat fleet shadow hits the 133% movespeed cap.

just move together with someone in swiftness and you will see

Agreed, I use Fleet Shadow in WvW and I frequently outrun other roamers while I’m stealthed and they have swiftness.
