Is Unload doing 50% less damage?

Unload and vital shot are doing far less damage in wvw since the new wvw build today, around 50% less. Can someone verify?

Didn’t see any game release notes for today so hoping it is an oversight that is fixed.

I was pleasantly surprised when I was showing typical damage number when I testing unload and vital shot on a pvp dummy.

Turns out you get around half damage when you run without any trinkets. USER ERROR

Full set of 5 unique skills for both dual-wield weapon sets: P/P and D/D – Make it happen
PvE – DD/CS/AC – If that didn’t work, roll a Reaper or Revenant.
