I hope this share the same origin like The annoying bug that you take damage from leap skills(HS,Eviscerate) a second or more after you go to Stealth.This way both will be fixed.

Of course its not supposed to be this way. Anet’s player culling bugs stealth so that it doesn’t drop as quickly as it should, so thieves get an extra 1-5 seconds of stealth before they render depending on how much traffic there is in the area.
At least you are a thief so you also have the benefit of the bug, while every other class gets destroyed by perma invis thieves.
