Is it me or the Signet of shadows doesn't work in combat?
idk about basic running, if your in combat and get the 25% or not, but for jumping if your in combat it ruins your ability to jump so you have to wait and get out of combat to do the jumping puzzles.
everyone gets a speed penalty in combat, and it seems to be a penalty that almost completely nullifies the signet boost.
You still run faster in combat than someone without the 25% speed boost. tbh I never really noticed speed penalty in combat with Signet of Shadow on, it’s working properly…
There’s no way you drop from 125% to ~75% run speed.

It works in combat. Everyone slows. You still move 25% quicker than them.
Very noticeable when I put time in on my Engineer and Warrior.

From my experience it’s about 90% in combat with the signet. Faster than without it, but not as large of a difference
