Hey Jumper, what would you think about adding Leap Finishers to Withdraw and Roll for Initiative, allowing non-stealth builds easier access to quick escapes or repositioning, without altering the S/P and P/P sets themselves? I’ve been contemplating it for some time now, and I was going to post it to your thread in the PvP forum but here seems more appropriate.
All I see in the OP are S/x buffs and crit trait line buffs, accompanied with Trickery nerfs you are just asking forbuffs to your favorite build in a very “subtle” manner…
Here is ma answer:
Damage of sword 1 reduced to the lvl of dagger 1, dagger 1 damage increaded to the lvl of sword 1.
Single target targeted attacks should deal more damage then AoE cleaves, period, stop the cleave spam, we are not warriors.
Dancing Dagger damage increased to the lvl of September 2012, same with Cluster Bomb.
SB range reverted to the state of September 2012.
Backstab positional bonus damage halfed.
Venom Share if you share a venom you also share all your defensive boons.
Base initiative increased to 15, removal of all initiatve increasing or regaining traits, replaceing them by health regaining and increasing traits.
General balance: Bonus stats on all stack effects like might bloodlust etc. reduced by about 50%, base damage of all skills increased by 33%. This includes condition damage!

I SPvP some, but i’m bad, so i’m not sure I like all these changes that much. :P
If they went ahead with your ideas though, i’d just adjust to being bad in a different way.
What posses you to suggest this?
“Dancing Dagger – Increased cost from 3 to 5 initiative. Damage increased by 33% (up to 66% from 50% of the original). Now stuns first foe hit when hit from behind for 0.25 seconds. Increased aftercast by 50%. (optional:) If stun is triggered, no additional bounces are applied.”
This is horrible.
You said to “tone down Trickery builds” yet you suggest a lot of increase in Initiative cost. You just made D/D the most expensive weapon set.
I don’t agree with these proposed changes at all.
EDIT: I sure hope that these changes will be PVP ONLY.
