Title says it all, I’ve searched around and I wasn’t able to find an answer to my question.

Tooltip for Lead Attacks says: Increases damage by 1% per initiative

Does that mean active initiative, like how much I have left or is it for the total amount?

According to a comment on the talk page of Lead Attacks on the wiki it is per active available point.

Its per active point. I kept thinking to myself why do i not see more builds with this its damage is close to the same if you put that amount of points into deadly arts, but you get allot more initiative this way. Then i watched my damage go down an down and was like oh that’s why.
