You apply the same steps used to get your starter hood back: Buy some common(white rarity) shoulders, or whatever slot/item you want to transfer to another character, transmute the Vigil shoulders onto the common piece and then put it in your bank. It’s even been changed to show that the piece becomes “Account Bound.” You’ll lose out on the stats, but that’s not important. Also, this will work for any “Character Bound” equipment options like ones from the story that you want on a different character or class of the same armor type.

My mixed Sylvari thief

I wanted the look of a street fighter with my charr thief, so I needed an armor set that looked “lean” and not bulky. I finally settled on a blue set of “seeker” armor that I transmuted.

what colors did you use? I’m guessing abyss, midnight fuschia, but can’t tell the greenish you used on your top.

Actually, it just says that when you do it for most items. I do it pretty frequently to get OoW items onto my Priory and Vigil characters so I know it works.

I used midnight ice for the black parts, midnight purple and pitch dye for the others.

Nah, when I transmuted the item again on my thief, it still said “soulbound”. I thought that I’ll just double click it anyways and it equipped the shoulder part normally.

Hello my friends.

Here’s my new Norn thief. She’s the shortest I could make her, which means a head taller than most humans. Her name is Hulda Raske. Their Norwegian names I got off Behindthename.com. Hulda means “hiding, secrecy” and Raske means “speedy”. Kinda perfect for a thief.

You might want to try reading the last few pages before asking questions like this. It’s highly unlikely that the poster will come back to the thread to answer, so PMing might be a better option.

The gloves in particular were already asked about, being identified as the Heritage Gloves from the HoM. The shoulders are from the Falconer’s Set(Human Tier 2) and the boots are available from the Order of Whispers vendor once you join them on any given character. Shoulders will run you a gold, and are only available if you’re human, and the boots are 1.24g
