I’ve looked all over and haven’t found any. So is there any good Sword/any offhand builds out there? Would love to start playing my Theif again in PvE. Thanks!

Balance Pistolwhip and Auto-attack, manage initiative with steal and signets.
Malice heals a lot every pistolwhip, or from aoe with shortbow.
Also use steal to buff your group with fury and vigor, and as well giving you a 2k heal every 20 seconds. Blackpowder is also really handy for permablinding mobs, and headshot spam to remove stacks of defiant quickly to allow an interrupt of something needed to be interrupted for a fight to go smooth. Infiltrators strike>shadow return to remove conditions, or pop elite skill to remove all conditions and gain all boons.
Note: Runes can be changed though to whatever you prefer, but I really like Runes of Lyssa both in PvP and PvE.
