Guild Wars 2

I am not exactly new to the game, but have never really gotten into the game as much as my friends have. I have hit 80 some time ago and I would like to find a build besides straight glass cannon. I am looking for a build that is relatively easy to use and provides survivability when running with a group of friends/zergs. I won’t be using this for sPVP, and solely for WvW.

I actually just finished theorycrafting this build which allows you to hit like a truck with 6k backstabs consistently while maintaining 20k health and 3.2k armor. I fully advise you to try it out. You won’t be disappointed!

On a side note, you don’t need the mainhand dagger in the offhand set, and once you’re done with your 25 stacks ditch the bloodlust dagger and it will act as two separate sets, saving you a lot of time and money.

Alternatively, about the same backstab damage as Jorun once you factor in the crit damage. It’s a little squishier, but it’s what I’ve been using for a couple of months on my thief (since they nerfed LS utility). Fun and survivable. Pretty flexible.
