Are there any low level daggers with particle effects (under level 40)?

For greatsword there is the Jotun Greatsword which is a level 20 weapon with a glow, but I can’t seem to find an equivalent for daggers.

Greatswords are so big that even without a glow the texture could be cool looking and you can see it, but daggers on my char are almost non existent unless i zoom in on him. So i’m looking for something to make the weapons stand out.

Otherwise you can just get higher level daggers, since you unlock the skin from the wardrobe anyways. this is one of my personal favourites:

Zenith is probably the only one in arms reach, and still 1000 achieve points is a lot more than just getting level 20 and doing a gold heart for the greatsword one.

corrupted shard is a bit out of my reach (level 80 or like 30gp).

Thanks for the info though, especially on the achievement skin, i had no idea about those.
