Swiftness doesn’t add up. You simply get the effect from the highest value of movement speed. In the case of Signet of Shadows vs. the Swiftness boon, you’d get the 33% from Swiftness and ignore the 25% from SoS.
I would like to know if we use Signet of Shadows and get swiftness, do we run at 133 or 158%?
And with the Major Trait Fleet Shadow, would be 150 or 175%?
