okay first off I dont have an issue with how and why they did what they did to heartseeker, lets face it, any idiot with no knowledge of how to play thief could spam it and win, but since they re-worked it I find my heartseeker misses almost all the time its extremely frustrating and Im wondering have they accidentally broken the skill

No, its all Ok with Hearthseaker.
Played yesterday hours sPvP with my thief.
Better than before.
No more Noobplay spamming.
Its only for finishing players with less than 25%health.

My HS misses 90% when used as a first hit gap closer.

yeah I know if you use it as a gap closer it tends to have low accuracy, but in pve face to face with a mob whenever i hit heartseeker it misses almost all the time this never happened before the re-work

This is also happening to me, HS is missing roughly 30% of the time.

I think this is just your imagination.

Also happening to me, never happened before the nerf.
