I can’t beat them 1v1 anymore. If I do, it’s always close. You essentially have to beat them twice. I try to CC chain them with their fear. It’s like I’m alive one second then at 10% HP the next and I have no clue where it all came from. Those soft targets that we always excelled at dropping in a teamfight aren’t droppable anymore.

Anyway. WTF do I do against Necros? Is it just me? Am I approaching it wrong? What changed so drastically that I can’t kill one anymore, or if I do I have to reset the fight 10 times. Can’t take too much more of this.

Condi or Power necros?

most necro builds pack a large amount of sustain along with damage now.
if you are pure power thief, chances are you will die first before you wear them out.

I know how you feel. I also feel like Necro’s are the highest damage class once downed. I feel like even if I down them, they will just down me back and rip me apart on the ground.

I actually dont feel this…this has happened quite a few times in the last 2 weeks…even if I bring up stealth to try and drop them…their life steal stays on me even while stealthed and just drops me….

yep same here. felt like the bonus kill class for thief is in fact a pain nowadays. i usually burst them quick and hard then back off and utilize the SB. as soon as my steal is up i always rip their boons off then poison them again using SB. i’d love to hear what others are doing with this class.

power necros still very easy to kill(condies never were tho). telegraphed attacks+staying on thier back to avoid DS #1 or lich #1 taking stealth or steal at start wait 15s and use the fear,steal again than fear again so many ways to approach Necros they are really the most easy class to kill,part of rangers.
