Guild Wars 2

Hi all. I’ve recently decided to swap back to playing gw2 after a fairly long break. I have a lvl 80 thief and a lvl 80 ranger and am going to give both a try to see which i prefer. I haven’t played for a long while so am looking for some help.
I’ve never really been brilliant at stealth so would prefer a build that is not reliant on using stealth. I’m aiming to do world completion so need mostly pve with a bit of pvp to enable me to complete the various maps. If you could provide me with a rough build (i can happily tweak stuff as i go once i have the basics) and include a rough idea of the stats, runes and sigils i should pick to go with it. Cheers

I’ve originally written it for Engineers but the way how to acquire the best equipment is almost identical to Thieves:

The difference is that you get an exotic Berserker Sword first, and then armor and other weapons.
