Guild Wars 2

So I recently hit level 80, and I’ve been looking around at all the various builds and stuff. One thing I keep having trouble with is the type of armor I should look for getting (as far as stats go).

I want to get some sort of balanced build, that can excel in both WvWvW and high end dungeons and fractals, but I’m having trouble figuring out what I should specialize in as far as armor goes.

Toughness? Vitality? Crit Damage? Condition damage? Power?

Any help you guys can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Really, stat choices will depend largely on the weapons you plan to use. Dagger mainhand builds tend to benefit more from burst oriented stats, while Sword mainhand tends more towards the defensive oriented. Pistol/Pistol can really go either way.

Condition based builds almost all use Carrion for the most +condition damage.

Valk armor for burst builds. Rabid for Bleed builds.

What type of setup tends to be more viable in wvw? like that will allow me to at least contend with most professions in a 1v1
