Guild Wars 2

Well im now 45 and i just tried to do the story quest and i was having to deal with 4-5 mob pulls and i am having immense trouble dealing with such big pulls without dieing.

Should i be using a different build with a different weapon set? or it is normal to have to pop all cd’s on regular mob pulls?

An easy-ish way to deal with many at the same time is going full condition damage and using the utility skill Caltrops. You can then kite the enemies with a shortbow+poison skill or use Death Blossom with D/D.
