Nerf Shadow Assault (sPVP)

I remember in WoW when people figured out how to Rogue tank and then they nerfed it. And yet, it took forever to get the gear to do that in the first place. Why not let them do it? It didn’t break the game. But it was nerfed. And I was at like 60% evasion or something on my way to get there before they nerfed it. Had to scrap all my hard work (the WoW motto).
It is pretty dumb, but the spear doesn’t have much else going for it except ridiculous, imbalanced evasion/blocking. Weapon could stand to be looked at in general.
It’s even sillier in PvE because you steal eggs off most underwater mobs which give you all of your initiative back.

Evasion specs are not viable in sPVP. It is impossible to evade indefinitely on ground, while in water it’s another story. Still yet, such a spec does very little damage as it relies on Death Blossom spamming, which is a mediocre ability. Underwater, however, you can evade for a significant amount of time with whatever spec you choose, while still doing respectable damage. The range on Shadow Assault is very good.
I think making Underwater competitive is a great idea, and fixing this would be one of the first steps.
