I personally think it should just steal 1 boon as stealing (remove+transfer) 2 boons seems a little over the top. Especially compared to Mesmer Sword #1 which only removes 1 boon at the end of its attack chain.

But I’m sure the balance team will keep an eye on things and make adjustments where needed.
