Then I might be bugged.

Im in underwater fotm right now, I went in and out multi times thinking it was a bug and relogged many times.

A few items stolen on land cannot be used under water, hence the steal lock.

Another awful flaw never fixed.

Some items stolen on land can’t be used underwater for perfectly no reason at all.

I want underwater trees.

it can be used underwater….just not the spells stolen before…

what i find funny though is how i can’t use smoke bomb or refuge underwater yet stolen stealth works lol

The problem is, I went out of the water many times and Checked to see if I had a skill stolen and there wasnt, I even “Used up” the steal for the 4-5 sec cool down to try and reset the skill and nothing.
