Not in the Notes: Tactical Strike nerfed
Bug or intended? I dont really know why it has been changed because no one played a S/D daze build (well except me maybe lol).
Must be part of Anet policy of promoting build diversity…
Anyway, I believe people won’t care at all about it. S/D was -finally- a valid alternative to D/D until last patch. Then, the nerfs put it again below D/D, which is -once again- the dominant melee style.

there was no change. just tested it in the Mists. 180° behind the enemy triggers the effect while the other 180° trigger the other effect. Was always like that.

For the “was always like that” part… nope. I tested it extensively too right now… and it’s a really small change. Now, the center of your character’s body has to be in the “back” 180 degree half – before your weapon arm was enough(easier for tactical strikes from right). I find this a fair change.
i just realized that yesterday , i though was my bad not aiming the flanking side properly.

Oh finaly, no it’s a fix, since it was nearly impossible to use the Blind part of the
Skill since the Daze part had something like an 340° angle. Now you can easily
prevent Guardians form pushing you away, when you want to finish them off.
Well, at least I like that change.~
