I just had an Off-day yesterday, I died like 10 times in 2 hours I believe, and no matter what I did I couldn’t get a kill. So what do you guys usually do when you have an off day in wvw? Do you keep playing or call it quits and cool your heads down?

I normally switch to a troll by shadow step build when I can’t seem to get anything done in WvW. it is always fun to watch entire enemy groups try to keep up with rapid shadow steps and the occasional move into melee range can keep them at it for quite a while. I don’t kill anything but it is fun. I also tend to jump into sPvP on off days, or when I cant get a decent group together. it is good practice and helps get me re-focused.

Happens now and again. The stars align and bleh. Push through it or take it as a sign and get some yard work done. It happens to everyone now and again, and not just on thieves.

lol Gungnir – yeah getting chased across WvW maps was as much fun as anything in my book. Specially when you end up picking them off or even better leading them into a 3rd faction where they all kill each other and you take down the last. I once got chased around the entire map 3 times.

o.m.g. I should have done this months ago – before the mug nerf.

I’m getting 12k backstabs on non-upleveled people if they’re glass cannons.
15k on a few poor souls.

And with shadowstep utility + short bow, my escape is usually pretty easy.

Plus, with daggerstorm you can pretty much solo a non-upgraded camp in 45 seconds flat.

I was at work and it wasn’t “readily available”. I think the 10 should be a 15 :P
