Guild Wars 2

I just had my kitten handed to me by a d/p thief and wanted to know the build?

He was doing 150 bleed ticks and seemed to have d/d as off hand weapon set.
He was using a hell of a lot of stealth but still causing amazing cond damage

(I must try this build out) :-)

150/bleed is normal when stacking sigils / wvw / food buffs up.

what the build needs the most is the +40% condition duration food.

Everything else you should be able to figure out yourself.
