P/P Condition Build
I’m no expert, but from everything I’ve read and watched you’ll probably want a build based off of using Venoms.
RainyThief goes over P/P viability in this video. He basically found using venoms and the Leeching Venoms trait worked best for high damage.

So, going on his advice, I would think you might want a build like this:

Caltrops, especially in PvE, can stack so much bleeding. Being able to go into stealth allows you to use Sneak Attack to stack bleeds. And then I would use your venom to make Unload stack up poison. It’s difficult to choose which utility skills to take, so many useful ones!
You might also want Sigil of the Earth on your pistols (60% chance to cause bleeding on crit).
Personally, I’ve given up on P/P and am using P/D. I keep hoping to see some miracle patch that makes P/P a compelling option.

I’d say go P/D instead of P/P. For added benefit (if you can pry your shortbow out of the 2nd slot), put your dagger in your 2nd slot. Then, you can swap between P/D and D/D conditions. Plus, you have access to cnd on both weapon sets.
P/P just doesn’t make use of condition dmg well as you will want to use Unload as your main damage source which doesn’t bleed. Best load-outs for conditions are D/D, SB and P/D.

Bleed builds kill slowly, which means you have to outlive the target. With P/P you will not have easy access to Stealth—>you will die fast.As suggested go D/P.From you post i get the impression, that with D/D,you tend to spam DB and caltrops, which will work in PvE,because npc’s don’t cure conditions. However in PvP if you aren’t good with C&D landing ,you will have a huge problems.
