PLZ Give Us At Least One Immune!
What i would love to see is something like this :
1 : shadow refuge giving stability while you are inside it (thief lack any form of stability after patch aside from dagger storm which is meh.. before at least we could get stability when traited with attacking someone from stealth)
2 : reduce dmg while in stealth to be buffed to maybe 35%-40%, that should be enough maybe.(they promised -50% they didnt delivered so we wont take 8k hits while in stealth any more coz screw every class with invulns thats why)
3: a quick fix for the every class does same amout of dmg like thiefs do, some even more , lets just remove the requirement for the backstab to be landed from behind and lets rename it to “shadow stab” or something like that.
4: Let shadow protector trait pulse for 50-70 more hp maybe or 40-60 must be tested.
5: Rethink dagger training and let it be something usefull (5% dmg increase or % critical hit chance on dager skills) now it`s totaly useless and no one will use it over mug)
6: i can keep on dreaming but what i writed above will never happen so why bother even posting, no one likes thiefs just reroll the fotm class or strugle with me on thief and just try to have some form of fun before they delete our class.
1: Shadow Refuge is already one of our best defensive utility skills. The stability change would remove counter play and is not needed since you can dodge within the circle.
2 and 3: These changes are way too over powered. They also don’t make much sense since they widen the gap between D/P and other weapon sets.

Backstab… a kittening stab to a persons back should be always a critical hit and ignore inmunities.
I honestly don’t want an immune, all i want is that they make Cloaked in Shadows standard, like the 1,5k range on ranger, or the 1,2k on warrior LB or that Illusionary Personay is standard, one of the strongest traits for shatter mesmers is standard now, wtf anet!!
i play dd and i love CiS because it gave me more survivability

why don’t you just make backstab shoot out unicorns out of the enemies wound pooping out rainbows magically healing them!
sorry about the semi rage I just don’t understand how the apperently have a 5 year old in charge of balancing the thief ;(
personally, i fear the day when our survability will be enhanced..
right now our blast dmg is quite good (even with those nerds, despite everything), but if they increase it too much, they will nerf us instantly
Why don’t they just allow the steal item [Drink] which grants immunity for 3 seconds in PvE to be added into PvP.
Short way:
d/p is fine but other professions around thief not really (too much op stuff)
And it lacks of build diversity.
Solution: nerf the other op stuff instead of buffing thief.
