Not bad but I think you could of utilized Pain inverter much better by precasting it then stealing before it went off that way you would t get revealed by using it in stealth
PI doesn’t work as well on a thief. P/D can take some hits… it’s still a hit, run/dodge, re-stealth tatic… and they won’t be attacking when you’re stealthed. They should also stop attacking if they are ranged while dagger storm is up… which would stop the confusion damage that way as well (other than vs a necro who will spam circles etc.).
Thief has better utility choices than PI… I wouldn’t ever give up my shadowstep nor shadow refuge for it as a p/d… both have saved my life and allowed me to get into the middle of an opposing zerg and live time and time again. I might give one up for caltrops though… which I didn’t see you produce on dodge either and adds to bleeds + cripples.
P.S. I don’t think I saw a single one of them dodge in any meaningful way lol
its sooooo painful to see that mesmer standing and casting stuff,
i think most players are used to old mmo, maybe they think that they cant run or dodge while in combat, (maybe because of faulty introduction/or no tutorials in the beginning of the character creation)
I don’t think that’s it, if he was an old MMO player he’d be kiting…Esp prekiting if he played any DAOC at all. If you watch my videos you can actually see me Panning (which I don’t see in many videos anymore) a lot of the times, because i’m paranoid as hell from playing DAOC for so long.
Anyway he’s probably a new MMO player who doesn’t know how to really PvP very well.
