Guild Wars 2

The thief trait patience says that that you gain 1 intiative per 10 second interval. It seems a bit faster than that in the test I ran. I know it takes 3 seconds to activate, but does it really give only 1 intiative per 10s? It seems more like 1 per every few.

you are totally right =) after! every 3 sec 1 initiative. not like shadows embrace proccing at beginning of stealth.
