Figured I’d post this idea for discussion, since yeah these forums apparently are only for us to mingle.

Suggestion:
Pistol shots (or just mainhand?) have an increasing (±) 33% chance to miss for every (±) 300range past the 900 base threshold. So effectively, 66% of the time being at least 1200 range, and 33% of the time going as far as 1500.This would make our peeshooters not quite so pitiful, while still fitting with the flintlock theme.

While this wouldn’t make pistol perfect, it’d help quite a bit, and would be a partial answer to the lack of effective range for thieves. (Clusterbomb still needs reverted back to 1200).

Bring back its AoE capability or add a movement skill onto the weapon. Pistols worked just fine before they crapped all over it with the removal of Ricochet.

They better not touch P/P skills. DD has given me perma stealth. If they want to change anything, remove bodyshot for a quick, low ini cost dash.

They are modeled as flintlocks but you hear shells hitting the ground after every shot so I don’t know what to think nor what theme they should follow
