Possible hidden blade idea?
Execution skills don’t fit Gw2 too much. We already have Impacting Strike so that’s a first, but to say a utility skill that has the ability to defeat the player less than 20% is inherently broken.
Of course I like the idea, if you would have to be very specific, like the target HP needs to be lower than 20% and the skill only works from stealth and from the back. Missing the skill dazes you or something.

It would probably be something that shoudl require more than a button press, and would need a longer cast time given the nature of it. And which those restrictions in mind, I think we would get too close to the daredevil elite after further designing.
You could also make it something that doesn’t by pass downed state, but then heartseeker kinda does the whole finish target with low HP already.

The idea is actually not a utility but an F3 skill to add to the thieves current ability.
What it does is it gives thieves something unique that adds a lot of viability of a thief to both SPVP and WvW.
The point is it is meant to be a quick impacting strike that bypasses downed state (or if they are in downed state then kills them), giving thief something unique and powerful.
Theanders has basically outlined how it would work but we feel with how much the thief has been nerfed that this would add something really unique to the thief
