What are all the possibilities of obtaining this armor set?

Yes the stats are POWER/ TOUGHNESS/ CRIT DMG.

They also have these stats on Jewelry, how do I get those too?

These stats are available on any ascended trinket, and I believe there is a way to obtain exotic armor with these stats, but I’m not sure. Can find it on the wiki.

That is Cavalier stat spread (toughness as primary) and it is available only on trinkets.
