I really like the trait Practiced Tolerance and I know it’s getting buffed, but the precision I get from Signet of Agility doesn’t boost my health when the passive is active, is this a bug or is it intentional?

Edit: Also checked the Superior Sigil of Perception stack doesn’t boost health either.

It has never been clarified as far as I’m aware, but it’s the same in every profession. I wouldsay tthat it’s an unintended side affect of how the traits are coded.
