Practiced Tolerance bugged??????
So if my memory serves me correctly…
Practiced tolerance gains you 7% of your precision to vitality and signet of agility adds 180 precision. This yields an addition of 12.6 vitality, so 13. This SHOULD increase your hp by only 130.
Because it is such a small additional amount, I have to ask whether or not you are SURE it didn’t add anything. 130 hp to me is hardly noticeable.
I’ll test it for myself when I get home, but either way I doubt the extra 130hp is going to be the difference maker very often :P
No, health pool didn’t even move a little. But it makes you wonder what else it’s not working with. Food/Consumables? etc..
Before last patch I could’ve sworn my health pool was around 15,500 and then I logged in and saw i was at around 14,900, I don’t remember my health ever being below 15k , that’s what brought this whole thing on.

Hmm. Definitely something I want to look into. I wonder about the effect of banner of discipline and spotter as well.
It has always been like that.
I think every “XX% of something convert to something esle” won’t count toward the “Green” number, only the “White” permanent number is count.

An increase to your maximum health is awarded to your server based on its success in WvW. If the last time you played was Thurs/Fri last week, you could potentially have less HP than then if your server isn’t doing as well as they did last week.

It won’t work because it will create an infinite loop with Maintenance Oils.
Signet would raise your Vit, Oil will add precision, Practice Tolerance would then add Vit and you go back to the Oil.
Warriors with armored attack (gain power based on your toughness) gain extra power when equipping dolyak signet (gain 180 toughness).

No, they do not…
The reason your health was low was because the WvW bonus’s had reset.

Temporary bonus from signet and foods never worked with Practiced Tolerance, only permanent stats from traits and armors do. It has been this way since launch.
