I know CnD can be missed if you are blind.
But what if CnD vs Block ? You will do 0 damage for sure, but will it active stealth or not ?

A block will not activate stealth. It blocks your attack and thus you don’t get any proc off it.

Best counter against a P/D thief, block or blind, then stay at range. Rinse and repeat.
