Howdy!

This discussion came up in my guild the other night. Several of our thiefs were complaining that they used to run DD, but now run other setups due to nerfs.

I asked what specifically was nerfed to DD and the response was CnD dmg was nerfed. I was puzzled so I looked up the patch notes. It appears that Nov 15 CnD dmg got nerfed 33% for PvP only.

Are the game notes wrong, did CnD get nerfed in WvW as well, or is this a case of ppl confusing WvW for PvP?

If it was, I haven’t noticed. It still hits like a truck.

Was there anything else that has changed that “nerfed” a DD thief in WvW? Maybe they were getting on about some other change that affected DD thieves and I was just to dense to figure it out.

CnD was not nerfed in WvW as far as I know.

CnD is still functioning as normal in WvW.

CnD works fine in WvW.
But there are better ways to get stealth during combat, even more if you are against mobile targets such D/D Eles.
