Guild Wars 2

I mainly play D/P and I know that if you equip Quip on your offhand you get a purple glow, but, do you get the footprints also? (while having a normal exotic on the main hand)

I cbf doing it for you, but you should be able to find the answer to this on the Legendary page of the Wiki. I assume that off-hand gives the same effects as main-hand.
