Hey, so I noticed not too long ago that I managed to deflect a projectile with my staff, and it confused me some.
I know staff combo ends with a reflect move, but I wasn’t in the middle of a combo.
Is there some way to trigger that staff spinny jazz on it’s own to reflect when needed?

No, but you may have postponed your third Auto Attack with a Dodge or the Stowing of your weapon.
I do it quite often when I play S/D to start a second burst chain with AA#3 → Steal.

Nope, unfortunately only part 3 of the auto-attack has reflect. Personally, I think the entire auto-attack should have reflect considering how god awfully low the DPS is on it.
